| Where
To Take The ASVAB |
If you are interested in taking the ASVAB in order
to apply for the military, you will need to contact
a military recruiter. To find a recruiter near you,
go to http://www.todaysmilitary.com/ and
click on “Request More Info.” When the recruiter has
determined that you are otherwise qualified, he/she
will set up a time for you to take the ASVAB at the
closest Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS)
or an affiliated Military Entrance Test (MET) site.
The ASVAB is also offered to high school and post-secondary
students as part of the ASVAB Career Exploration Program.
The Career Exploration Program is designed to help students
explore careers in both the civilian and military worlds
of work. If you are interested in the ASVAB Career Exploration
Program, contact your teacher or counselor to see how
you can participate.

The ASVAB is also administered by the Services to individuals
currently serving in the military that wish to retake
the ASVAB in order to be reclassified for on-the-job
training. To get more information about in-service testing,
contact your base educational office.
